The new One Bank of America Center, a 700,000 square foot office tower encompassing 32 floors located on the corner of College and 5th Streets across from its corporate headquarters features a unique ACM-clad open breezeway as a design element to compliment the shape towering glass structure. This project is one of the most environmentally-responsible office towers in the Southeast with plans to achieve Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) Gold certification. The result of their commitment to comfort and sustainability: enough energy savings in just one year to power 260 homes, and save 3.3 million gallons of water.
80,000 sq ft. of Doralco's COMPOSITEcore CCRS - Composite Rainscreen System utilizing Reynobond Composite Panels skins the exterior of the entry to this building, below the glass-clad structure. The rainscreen system on this project was utilized on this project in a myriad of ways to achieve the desired look: Column Covers, Wraps, Canopies, Walkways, Curtainwall Cladding, Wall Cladding, etc.
